Please note: hotel bookings are always separate from the conference registration.
For all delegates their travel, accommodation and expenses are excluded from the conference registration fee.
Conference registration is open from March 19 until June 2.
Note: the onsite technology Demo Center will be open until 3 pm on June 13 for end users.
Attendance details
The 2024 HUG Conference fees are including 21% Spanish VAT:
EARLY BIRD OFFER, Register before May 10 for 1,028.50 Euros*
From May 10 onwards, the full conference fee is 1,663.75 Euros
The full conference registration fee includes access to*:
- All conference general sessions, breakouts, and roundtables
- The onsite Demo Center, exhibits, spotlight sessions
- The consulting corner
- Workshops and training
- The HUG conference APP, all conference details at your fingertips
- Network breaks and lunches – Monday through Wednesday
- Social networking: all dinners are for adults only
- Welcome Dinner (Monday), plus access for one adult companion
- Conference Dinner (Tuesday), plus access for one adult companion

1 - DAY PASS -Euro 574.75 (incl. 21% VAT)
2 - DAY PASS- Euro 1,028.50 (incl. 21% VAT)
A day pass gives access to the conference and the social activities on that day only; the same applies to a two-day pass.
